Well, its official, I am getting more use out of my outlook 07 than any other tool to my name!
It manages my life! I sync my phone up when I get home, it transfers my contacts between the two to keep them in harmony. If I am in desperate need to remember something, I put it in my phone and one way or another I won’t forget, because it will be in front of me either on my computer screen or buzzing in my pocket.
I am messing around with some of its features and 07 is a 4 steps up from 03… the views are amazing, you can drag stuff to the calendar to easily add it to your schedule, and there is a feature that lets you view past activities with contacts[email], or you can use the journal and record even more… such as appointments and such.
I am making it sound too great, but there are some things that annoy me, but I think these are due to my personal setup. Upon syncing with my phone, there are sometimes doubles/triples of appointments and new contacts. I am pretty sure it does this because of my other favorite software ~ deepfreeze ~ but I am willing to live with this slight headache because I know a virus won’t keep me from being productive!
